Carmen has fond memories of deep conversations about mind, body & spirit with her two grandmothers, who had a profound influence on her. Carmen's post-secondary education began as an exploration in the craft of acting, human psychology and psychiatric nursing. A great listener and conversationalist, Carmen pride's herself with giving each and every one of her clients her full and undivided attention in order to meet the client's spectrum of health needs.
